ELFBAR Limited Warranty

ELFBAR warrants to the original purchaser that your ELFBAR product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. We do not guarantee that operation of the product will be uninterrupted or entirely error-free.

1. Scope of This Warranty

This Limited Warranty applies only to products bearing the “ELFBAR” trademark, trade name, or logo, and sold through elfbarflavorsusa.com. It does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Acts of nature (e.g., lightning, tornadoes)

  • Negligence, misuse, or abuse

  • Commercial or rental use

  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs

  • Use with non-ELFBAR products

  • Accidents, floods, fires, earthquakes, or other external causes

  • Operation outside of ELFBAR’s intended specifications (e.g., incorrect power supply)

  • Service performed by anyone other than an ELFBAR representative

If any provision of this Warranty is deemed illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

2. Implied Warranties

To the extent allowed by law, all implied warranties (including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) are limited to the duration of this Limited Warranty. Some jurisdictions do not permit limitations on implied warranty durations, so this limitation may not apply to you.

3. Limitation of Damages

Except where prohibited by law, ELFBAR shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages—such as lost profits, data loss, or business interruption—arising from any breach of this Warranty or otherwise, even if ELFBAR has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Certain jurisdictions do not allow exclusion of such damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.

4. Flavor and Leakage Concerns

  • Flavor Variability: Taste perception can differ based on personal preference, device settings, and storage. Variations in flavor do not necessarily indicate a defect. If you believe a flavor is defective, you may return the item for inspection under our Warranty Claim Process.

  • Leakage Issues: Leakage may occur due to improper use (e.g., device orientation, shaking), storage conditions, or extreme temperature/pressure changes. Such leakage is generally not covered under this Warranty.

5. How to Initiate a Warranty Claim

  1. Submit a Warranty Claim within 30 days of purchase by completing the form on elfbarflavorsusa.com.

  2. You may be asked to return the defective item(s) and proof of purchase to:

  3. Email a clear photo of your shipping receipt and order number to shop@elfbarflavorsusa.com. Failure to provide proof of purchase or return the item(s) may delay or affect your claim.

  4. Once received, our technicians will inspect the item(s) and respond within 2–3 business days. If approved, you will receive a store credit via e-gift card (check your spam folder if you don’t see it).

6. Credit Amounts and Exclusions

Store credit amounts are determined case by case, based on proof provided and the severity of the defect. If your return does not meet our Warranty criteria, no credit will be issued. Shipping costs for warranty returns are not covered, and returned items will not be sent back—they will be responsibly discarded.
